We keep data only as long as necessary for the operation of Zalte and related support services. Uploaded source content is deleted after processing is completed. Generated results may be stored in your history so you can view, edit, or export them later, and you may delete them at any time. Temporary processing data is removed once the task is finished. Crash logs may be retained for up to 12 months to help diagnose stability issues. Support messages and related correspondence may be kept for up to 6 months unless a longer period is required to resolve an active request or meet legal obligations.
Your information may be processed and stored in different countries or regions where our servers, service providers, or technical infrastructure are located.
