By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Zalte, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and any policies or notices referenced in it. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
If you use Zalte on behalf of an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept this Agreement for that party, and that party agrees to be responsible for your use of the app.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zalte solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not give you ownership of the app or any rights beyond what is expressly allowed here.
You may use the app to create, edit, save, and export your own collage projects in accordance with these terms. Any use outside the scope of this license requires our prior written permission.
You retain all ownership rights in the photos, text, and other materials you submit, upload, or create in Zalte (“User Content”). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
To operate the service, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process, display, reproduce, and store your User Content only as needed to provide app features such as editing, saving, previewing, and exporting your work. This license ends when it is no longer needed to provide the service, subject to any retention required by law or necessary for technical backup, support, or security purposes.
Zalte is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or our business practices. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app or by other reasonable means.
Your continued access to or use of Zalte after the effective date of a revised version means that you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the app.
Zalte, including its software, design, interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other content provided by us, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the app except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Any output, arrangement, or visual result produced through use of Zalte is generated automatically based on the inputs and actions you provide. Such results are offered for general informational and creative purposes only.
We do not guarantee that any generated result will be accurate, complete, aesthetically pleasing, or suitable for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that any reliance on the output is at your own risk.
You agree not to use Zalte in any manner that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise harmful. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: violating any applicable law or third-party right; uploading content you do not have the right to use; transmitting malware or harmful code; interfering with or disrupting the app or its security features; scraping, crawling, or using bots or automated tools to access the service; and attempting to reverse engineer, bypass, or defeat technical protections.
You may not use the app to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Zalte is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, including for maintenance, upgrades, legal compliance, security, or operational reasons.
Zalte may offer in-app purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system, including consumable virtual currency or coins. These items have no cash value, do not constitute property, and may only be used within the app as described at the time of purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policies of Apple. We may modify, limit, or discontinue virtual items at any time, and unused coins or similar balances may be forfeited if your access is suspended or terminated, to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to use that content in Zalte. If your content includes images of other people, personal data, copyrighted material, or branded assets, you must make sure your use is lawful.
You also remain responsible for reviewing your work before exporting or sharing it, and for any consequences arising from your use of the app, including any claims that your content infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
Zalte is a lightweight and easy-to-use photo collage creation app designed to help users combine multiple photos freely into visually refined collage compositions. The app supports adding paper-style backgrounds, tape, stickers, and text, and allows users to adjust the position, size, and angle of each element with flexible editing controls.
Users can save their creations, view them later in a gallery organized by time, reopen projects for further editing, or export finished works to their photo library. The service is intended to make collage design simple, creative, and convenient on a mobile device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Zalte.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your User Content, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement or alleged infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zalte at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the app or a feature. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.
You may stop using the app at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will remain in effect.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Zalte. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
If you are using the app on behalf of a minor or another person, you must have the authority to do so and remain responsible for that person’s compliance with these terms. If you are not legally able to agree to this contract, you may not use the service.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of Zalte shall be handled in a forum and manner permitted by applicable law.
